We completed the structural alterations and Cat A fit-out of Idol Lane, located in the heart of the city.

Work comprised the extension of the existing mixed use building by moving the existing rear facade by 1m to create additional floor-space on all four floors of the building and construction of two new steel frame floors.

A comprehensive new mechanical and electrical package was installed, which involved moving all of the existing plant to either the basement, or roof spaces,

A full refurbishment was carried out including toilet cores, on five floors of the building.  The lower ground and ground floors were converted to retail and restaurant space.

A new reception area on the ground floor included bespoke joinery and state of the art IT facilities.   The basement area now houses new shower facilities and a changing area.

An external courtyard to accompany the new retail space was also created.
