This project involved construction of a new build house located in Tonbridge, Kent.

The construction was on existing land overlooking a golf course which gave rise to difficult and restricted access.

We were involved in advising the client and architect on suitable installations within the final design and construction phases. The building incorporates a timber frame and traditional build with high quality contemporary fixtures and fittings throughout.

The whole project was brought together by the external hard and soft landscaping scheme which finishes the development and includes water, formal lawned areas, driveways, other hard standings and matching outbuildings.
