Site Management

The Site Management Team is comprised of Site Managers, Projects Managers, Structural Foremen and Finishing Foremen.

Site Managers / Project Managers
The Site Manager has primary responsibility for day-to-day operations on site. This includes all matters relating to health and safety, sustainability, quality management and labour. All suppliers and subcontractors on site report directly to the Site Manager and co-ordinate works with them. The Site Manager is permanently on site and therefore provides a constant and easily accessible point of contact for the client/building users, ensuring effective communication between all parties at all times. We understand the importance of building relationships with clients and therefore every effort is made to ensure a Site Manager or Project Manager is allocated to the project at the tender stage and remains with the project until handover.

Structural Foremen / Finishing Foremen
Within the Site Management Team we have specialist in areas such as structural works and finishing. Dictated by the complexity and requirements of a project, these team members - with experience and expertise in these specialist areas, will be allocated to the project. Generally the Specialist Foremen are allocated to a project for the period of time that these works are taking place, therefore a single project may be allocated a number of specialist Foremen (in addition to the Site Manager) over the duration of the project.

Our Site Managers are 100% CSCS card holders and have all undertaken the Site Manager Safety Training Scheme. Many of our Site Managers are CRB checked (enhanced) and CTC cleared. All of our site based staff are required to undertake annual ISO 9001 (quality), 14001 (environmental) and 18001 (health and safety training) training on an annual basis (to include a full day covering legislative requirements). Typical qualifications of our Site Management Team include:
