Coniston Limited are committed to quality and as such operate a fully integrated Quality Management System (QMS) covering all aspects of the business operation from initial enquiry to final handover. The QMS, developed in accordance with the principles of the ISO 9001:2008 is authorised by the Directors and adherence to it is mandatory for all levels of personnel.
Our commitment to quality is based on the principles of providing our clients with a quality building service, which meets and satisfies the customers requirements whilst reflecting the business needs and meeting all regulatory and legislative requirements. Coniston will achieve this through the delivery of a building service, which is professional, efficient, reliable and cost effective,
Coniston ensure that all of their building work is carried out by competent staff, who are fullty and continually trained in building methods, material technology and Health and Safety.
Coniston are committed to continual improvement establishing objective and targets, which can be measure and monitored, to demonstrate improvement and allow us to benchmark against the industry standards.
Conistons approach to best practice encourages collaborative working relationships with both clients and our supply chain. All members of our supply chain are required to demonstrate their own commitments to continual improvement and works towards the achievement of Conistons quality objectives, as documented in our Best Practice Manual.
This policy and the company's quality objectives will be subject to periodic management reviews, by senior management. Any alterations, amendments or observations will be subsequently communicated to all staff to ensure we all work towards a common goal of quality service provision.
This policy will be monitored and revised as and when appropriate to reflect changes in statutory requirements, company policy or procedures. Central co-ordination of revisions will be dealt with, and can only be issued by, the Manager responsible for quality.
