The Royal Parks Agency is an executive agency of the Department for Culture, Media and Sport, and manages eight of London’s Royal Parks – St James’s Park, The Green Park, Hyde Park, Kensington Gardens, The Regent’s Park (& Primrose Hill), Greenwich Park, Richmond Park and Bushy Park. It is also responsible for a number of other areas including Brompton Cemetery, Victoria Tower Gardens, and Grosvenor Square Gardens.
Coniston have secured a place on the Royal Parks Better Building Framework, which is a framework of specialist contractors suitably experienced in refurbishment works, listed buildings, residential projects and working within sensitive environments.
Coniston have also secured their first project under the Royal Parks Better Buildings framework, comprising the refurbishment of a detached Victorian style cottage, located to the North of Kensington gardens.
