Coniston completed the office fit-out works to a former industrial warehouse building with office accommodation arranged on the ground floor, and five upper floors. Works comprised the initial strip-out of the steel framed building to return it to shell & core.

The subsequent fit-out required the installation of new M&E services, new kitchen, toilets and open plan office area across five floors. The design required an industrial finish with many of the building’s existing fixtures to be retained to fit the new design. The existing concrete columns were exposed to help achieve the architect’s design. The ceilings were removed and the remaining structure decorated to create an exposed, white-washed finish.

During the contract, a number of additional works were added to the original scope to include the refurbishment of the ground floor and adjacent reception area.
