Continuing our work for the Grosvenor Estate, we completed the fit-out of Davies Street.

This property is located just behind Bond Street tube station, in a busy residential street. It is surrounded on all sides by residential and diplomatic premises. Due to its location the property had restricted access, no storage or parking available and strict requirements with regards to noisy / disruptive works.

The project consisted of the strip-out of the flats followed by a complete, high specification fit-out. Works also included a new mechanical and electrical package, new bespoke joinery, new kitchens, bathrooms and a full decoration package.

Two of the six flats in the block were subject to the fit-out whilst the others remained in occupation.
