In conjunction with Luxlo, we created the new marketing suite for 77 Mayfair, a new residential development of seven large luxury apartments in the heart of London’s Mayfair.

The project involved the conversion of an existing office to create the sales and marketing suite for the new development. The project was carried out to extremely tight deadlines encompassing the installation of high quality, bespoke finishes, mainly sourced from Europe.

Detailed plans had to be developed throughout the construction phase, identifying all of the existing services locations, to allow the space to be returned to its original state following its use as a marketing suite.
