We completed a major £10m refurbishment and extension project at Upper Belgrave Street, a Grade II listed property in London.
The project has involved the initial strip-out of the five-story property, retaining many of the original features including fire places and joinery.
A large extension has been formed at the rear of the property, including a two-story basement area which will house the gym and pool complex.
The fit-out element of the project required finishes to be of the highest standard and included a swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, games room, cinema room, wine cellar and bespoke wall sculptures made for the winter garden.
In-keeping with the Grade II listed status, new wall mouldings and cornice to match original images available of the building were fitted.
