Working with The Grosvenor Estates, we carried out the remodelling and refurbishment to three properties on St Barnabas Street, London.

The project involved significant structural alterations to provide a new extension to existing terrace properties. Complete replacement of each roof was undertaken to all three properties – with temporary roof protection during the works.

Internally the properties were subject to a complete strip-out followed by a refurbishment/redecoration package. This included minor layout alterations to the dwellings creating new kitchens and bathrooms, new floor coverings throughout and a general redecoration package.

St Barnabas Street is a busy London thoroughfare with restricted access and storage. Potentially disruptive works were carefully programmed and executed to ensure minimal disruption to neighbours and local residents.
