Working with the Surrey & Borders NHS Trust, we completed the refurbishment works at their community hub, Theta.

This design and build project involved the category B fit-out of the existing building to create a new centre to care for those with mental health issues.

The fit-out included a comprehensive M&E package, new toilet and kitchen facilities,

a new reception area and new clinical and assessment areas for patients.

The building remained occupied whilst works were taking place, with other stakeholder tenants occupying the same building. Further construction works were being undertaken on a separate floor by another contractor requiring all parties to work collaboratively to ensure the safety and uninterrupted building use for both the public and staff.
