Coniston have recently completed the external repair, redecoration and penthouse shell and core refurbishment at Basil Mansions.

The project is located at 1-12 and 14-25 Basil Mansions, near Harrods. The 25 apartments are situated within a five storey traditionally built mansion block. The project is situated within the Hans Town conservation area.

The external works portion of the project involved the partial recovering of roof coverings, external repairs, redecoration and associated works including the installation of emergency lighting and a wireless fire alarm with both internal staircases and interconnecting basement corridor.

A scaffold, gantry, goods hoist and rolling temporary roof was erected during the works period. The apartments remained in occupation throughout the project and the site team has remained in continuous communication to maintain a harmonious relationship with neighbours and existing occupiers.
