Coniston completed the strip out and refurbishment of an existing private residential apartment in Carlton Gardens.

The property was completely stripped of previous finishes, flooring and services. New oak parquet and marquetry flooring was laid throughout with an oil finish. Alterations were made to internal entrance doorways and new bespoke GRG plaster coffered ceilings installed.

A complete mechanical and electrical services upgrade was undertaken with the use of concealed air treatment plant and ductwork.

New Italian marble finishes were used throughout the bathrooms along with a bespoke contemporary kitchen with built in appliances.
