Instructed by a private client, we completed the fit-out of a Mews House in Eaton Mews North, located within the Grosvenor Estate.

The project included the complete strip-out of the existing Mews House back to the shell. A new basement was dug below the property to provide a new cinema room and additional bedroom with ensuite bathroom.

The Mews House was subject to a very high-quality fit-out, with bespoke joinery, marble bathrooms, new leadwork to the roof and mirrored (hidden) TV screens in all rooms (including the bathroom). The project involved a comprehensive mechanical and electrical package including a building management system to control the lighting, heating, air conditioning and AV system.

The property is located within a mews in Belgravia, enclosed on both sides by occupied properties requiring complex logistical planning to ensure minimal disruption to local residents.
