Instructed by Cadogan Estates, we completed the internal demolition, rebuild and fit-out of 4 -6 Lower Sloane Street.

The project involved the initial demolition and reconfiguration to convert the existing buildings into high end residential apartments. The building now incorporates nine units including studios, two and three bedroom high specification apartments.

Works included underpinning in the basement, and the installation of new structural steel framing to allow for the re-configuration. A new lift shaft was constructed within the existing building.

The apartments have been finished to the highest standards in keeping with the requirements of the Cadogan Estate.

This project is the third we have undertaken for the Cadogan Estate, having carried out two previous commercial fit-out projects.
