Morden Hall Park is a National Trust park located on the banks of the River Wandle in Morden, south London. It covers over 125 acres of parkland with the River Wandle meandering through it spanned by numerous foot bridges.
Working for the National Trust, we carried out the new build construction of a Beekeeper’s Lodge and separate maintenance building in the grounds of the park.
The buildings were erected on previously unused land which had to be levelled and cleared prior to
the works being undertaken. New foundations and drainage works were required and new water and electrical services were installed.
The park remained open to the public whilst works were taking place.
