Following completion of the works at The Sylvia Young Theatre School, we were contracted to carry out the remodelling and refurbishment of the residential apartment above the new Theatre School.

The project required the complete strip out of the existing attic space, followed by the creation of a new mezzanine floor which would accommodate the bedroom, overlooking the living area.

The apartment was completed to the highest standards with bespoke joinery and metalwork, specialist lighting and new oak floors fitted throughout.
