Working for Chelsea Football Club we completed the enabling works project in preparation for the relocation of the existing Chelsea FC Museum. This project is part of the larger Masterplan to develop the Main Stadium and surrounding areas.

The works for Phase 1 includes for the strip out of existing hotel bedrooms, new M&E services, introduction of natural ventilation, new resin flooring, new dry lined walls, MFS ceilings, second fix light fittings and design of joinery display cases.

We undertook this project within a Design and Build Contract and employed the specialist services of an Architect to help develop the clients initial design into construction drawings.

The hotel remained live and operational throughout the works and the site team worked around tight and sensitive logistic routes. The Coniston team integrated with match day security to removal all construction signage prior to every home match.
