Working for Goldsmiths University (under their framework agreement) we completed the repair and refurbishment works to Deptford Town Hall.

The works included the demolition of roof tanks and services and the removal of existing slate roof tiles. The roof slates were removed whilst repair work took place, and reinstated, using replacements in areas beyond repair.

Works included the installation of a new pyramidal roof light over the existing dome roof.

Substantial brick repairs and pointing were carried out across the project, with new windows to the elevated roof finishes. The existing roof joinery was also subject to a complete redecoration.
