Value: £564,000
Duration: 13 weeks

We completed the fit-out project in the Atmosphere Gallery at the Science Museum. The immersive and interactive gallery is a fresh and exciting way to make sense of the climate, the science of how it works, what it’s doing now and what it might do next.

The project involved the complete strip-out and subsequent refurbishment of an existing gallery to create a hands-on educational space exhibiting some of the key instruments used by today’s scientists.

The works included the installation of a number of exhibit stands and the design and manufacture of a specialist lighting rig to light up the exhibits and to create special effects and projections.

The project also involved a significant mechanical and electrical installation and complete fit-out comprising new floor coverings and complete decoration. Galleries adjacent to the works remained open and operational whilst works were taking place.
