Following the completion of Phases 1, 2 and 3, at Somerset House, we were commissioned to undertake the refurbishment works in the New Wing.

The New Wing comprises of the external and internal refurbishment of three stairwells and 140 rooms over 3 floors, maintaining and repairing historic features and applying new finishes selected to reflect the historic nature of the building.

The works also included the installation of fourteen new toilets, seven tea points and the exposure and refinishing of the existing stone floors.

Throughout this project we worked closely with Somerset House Trust Building Management Team and their respective letting agents to ensure safe access for prospective tenants throughout the building phase, enabling the Trust to secure lettings at the earliest possible date
