Working for the Bedford Estate, Coniston completed the fit-out of Nos. 1, 3 and 11 Gower Street, a Grade II listed building. The project involved the conversion of an existing office / residential block into commercial office space.

Works included minor structural alterations to include opening up works and new partitions. The original roof was removed and replaced with new, and all of the original windows were restored.

The three buildings were then subject to a complete fitout including new carpets, toilets, shower areas, kitchens and decoration package. A new air conditioning system was installed, and the electrical system was upgraded including new mains servicing the building. All three buildings were refurbished concurrently whilst adjacent buildings remained in occupation.
