Marking their 40th year in construction this month, Chartered Building Company, Coniston Ltd, celebrated the occasion in style by holding a party for staff and clients at the iconic Somerset House last week.
Established in 1979 by David Flanders and John Rathbone, founding partner John still sits as Managing Director of the business 40 years on.
