Instructed by a private client, we completed the construction works to create a new swimming pool and guest pavilion complex.

The 17m long swimming pool was constructed 10m below ground, which required the creation of a reinforced concrete sub-structure and approx. 8000T of soil removed from site in an excavation measuring 32m long by 13m wide.

The new pool complex houses a state-of-the-art swimming pool, sauna, changing area and gym. Above ground we also built a new, two-bedroom pavilion / guest house. The pavilion has two ensuite bathrooms, a fully fitted kitchen and a large entertaining area.

All works were carried out whilst the client remained in occupation. The site presented a constrained working environment enclosed on all sides by occupied residential dwellings.

Following the completion of this project, we subsequently worked on two further properties at the same site for this client, with a combined value of an additional £8,000,000.
