Coniston acted as framework contractors selected for a three-year framework at Goldsmiths University, with works then procured through a mini-tendering process.

We completed a refurbishment package working in three separate buildings on Goldsmiths’ Deptford Campus. The work involved the conversion of existing teaching spaces into a dance studio and preparatory area. The fit-out involved an initial demolition package, new suspended ceilings, new partitions, new flooring and a complete redecoration package. We also carried out asbestos removal works, damp proofing and alterations/upgrade to the services including the fire alarm system.

As with much of our education work, this project was undertaken whilst the University Campus remained open and operational to both students and staff.
