At the London Metropolitan University we completed the fit-out of a new multi-purpose facility and exhibition space.

Works comprised of the initial demolition of an existing island ‘core’ originally created to house the women’s library (which subsequently moved to LSE).

The new works included mechanical and electrical services and audio-visual installations; new stone flooring was laid, and acoustic wood panelling installed to the walls.

New joinery ceiling panels matching the existing panels were constructed to extend the existing ceiling.

The exhibition space within the entrance area included a new glass screen and door, and joinery shelving and plinths with a spray paint finish.

A glazed link walkway was also constructed between two buildings.
