Working for the Surrey Borders NHS Trust, we completed the refurbishment works at Gatton Place to create a new community hub.

The hub brings together a number of NHS departments providing specialist care for patients with special needs.

The project involved the initial strip-out of the office areas across four floors to create new office space, consulting rooms and welfare.

Works included a full decoration package and comprehensive data, mechanical and electrical services.

Works were carried out whilst the building remained partially occupied.

This project is the first of three phases. The second phase involves the creation of a new reception area, whilst the third phase is to convert the temporary reception back to office space.
