Working for CLS Holdings, we constructed two high-specification student accommodation mock-up rooms.

The mock-up rooms were created within a commercial building, owned by CLS Holdings. The rooms consisted of living space and a kitchen area, finished to high standard with bespoke joinery and granite kitchen work surfaces.

The project was undertaken as part of a larger roll out scheme, to lease such properties to interested Universities primarily for their international students.
