For Managing Director Deano Georgiou, one principle has remained constant throughout that change:

Working in these complex and sensitive environments has built a level of attention to detail and experience that continues to inform the way we approach every project. While heritage remains a core part of Coniston’s expertise, we work across any project requiring the same level of consideration, including commercial and private residential projects, public sector work and decarbonisation schemes.

Today, Coniston is entering its next phase, with a leadership team that combines long-standing experience within the business with new perspectives and specialist expertise. It is an evolution that builds on what has always made Coniston distinctive, while strengthening the knowledge and capability we can bring to increasingly complex projects.
