Our story so far
Built on care, shaped by experience
Coniston began with a simple belief: buildings deserve care and people deserve the best possible project delivery. From our earliest heritage projects to the complex schemes, we deliver today, that belief has shaped the way we work, the standards we set and the relationships we build along the way.
Over the years, we’ve become known as the contractor people trust. That is not because we make a lot of noise, but because we turn up, solve problems and treat every project with the respect it deserves. We’re warm, straightforward and reliable, and clients know we’ll be there when it matters.
Where we started
Our roots are in heritage. Working on listed and historically significant buildings taught us how to plan carefully, manage risk, work sensitively and deliver properly in live and often complex environments. That experience still runs through everything we do today, whether the project is old, new, large or small.
Where we are now
As Coniston has grown, we have expanded into build, refurbishment and decarbonisation across London and the wider South East.
We have strengthened the business, modernised the way we operate and built on the expertise that got us here in the first place. The work may have grown, but the approach is the same: quiet confidence, high standards and a real commitment to doing things well.
