Coniston’s Deano Georgiou admitted as Freeman of The Worshipful Company of Constructors
12 February 2026
Coniston’s Managing Director, Deano Georgiou, was admitted as a Freeman of The Worshipful Company of Constructors at a ceremony held at Drapers’ Hall on 12 February.
The occasion held particular significance for the Coniston team, as Drapers’ Hall is a building the business knows well, having completed its refurbishment in 2020. It remains one of the projects Coniston is especially proud to have delivered.
Speaking after the ceremony, Deano said: “It’s a privilege to have been admitted to the Worshipful Company of Constructors. I’m looking forward to meeting many of the members and honouring the traditions of the company. It will be great to play a part in supporting their mission and, as far as possible, giving back to this amazing industry. I’m also excited to take part in many of the activities and social events.”
The Worshipful Company of Constructors was granted Livery status by the Court of Aldermen in 1990 and was incorporated by Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II in 2010.
Today, the Company promotes excellence across the construction industry while also supporting education and charitable causes.
